The developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 are reportedly making a big flash grenade change as fans await the start of the open beta's second weekend. More changes could come in the release version this November as Activision and Sledgehammer Games gauge player feedback from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 open beta.
